  • Full Time Agent (Telecallers) (20 Positions)
  • (Monday – Sunday  | Two Shifts:10 am - 7 pm and 12 pm to 9 pm)

 Description:

Full time Agents are required to sell products over the phone, and provide detailed explanation of the products

 Skill Set required:

  • Strong Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening skills, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Enthusiasm, Multi-tasking, Confident

 Other details:

  • There is one weekly off and all agents will have to work for minimum two Sundays.
  • Sales incentives are given to all agents post three months of continuous service.
  • No Cold Calling.
  • No Targets.
  • International training by our foreign partners is provided through video calls to all agents on ongoing basis.
  • Should posses minimum one year experience in telecalling
