Job Description
Tele caller Role and Responsibility (Only Females)
- Knowing all the details of the NGO
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
- Meet and exceed target set by the organization.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level

Riddhi Siddhi Charitable Trust Orphanage Bal-Ashram (Home for Homless Children) is a shelter home for orphan children who do not have family support. At present, we have 49 children between the ages of 3 and 16 years. We provide food, shelter, clothing, and quality education facilities to all the children. All children live like a family. We try to maintain a healthy environment like any other normal family. They go to school, mingle with other children, and share feelings and thoughts with them. We are working hard for the development of these children so that they can become successful and responsible citizens in the future.
