JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title :- Tele - Callers
Function/Department :-Direct Sales
Departmental Head -Director
Reporting to -Team Leader
Grade -E0
Location: Hadapsar – Pune

Responsibilities:

Make telephone calls to prospects / cold calling
Handle the incoming calls from the existing customers
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
Ensure daily calling target is achieved as set
Maintain the required daily reports
Ensure process compliance
Ensure customer complaints are resolved within the Turn Around Time
Ensure and maintain positive working relationship with in the team
Handle the tasks assigned by the leaders as per the work requirement
Provide feedback and input to the customers
Record details of opportunities and lead notes
