What will you be doing

·       Generate sales leads.

·       Handling Inbound, Outbound calls related to the Company's projects

·       Follow up with the clients for Site visit & Revisit.

·       Support in assigning the leads to Sales team.

·       Following up the leads on daily basis.

·       Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries.

·       Ensure high customer satisfaction.

·       Attending Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.

·       Interact with clients to determine business requirements

·       Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically

·       Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness.

·       Showing commercial properties and demonstrate the features and benefits of available homes & Preferably with experience in retail sales sector

Skills required :

·       Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve

·       Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness

·       Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
