Tele Calling Executives

 Job Description:-

• Calling the given data of students/parents and provide brief information and advantages of abroad studies.
• Calling the given date for tour package enquiries and provide details. 
• Cold calling to introduce study in India and abroad options and tour & travel services to prospective clients.
• Prompt follow up with positive enquiries, escalate to Senior Executives for enquiry closing
• Regularly update enquiry status in Google docs.

Age: 20 – 30 Years

Qualification: Any Degree from a reputed institution

Telecalling Experience preferred: 6 months/Fresher with speaking skills.

Essential Skills:-

• Very good tele calling - communication – convincing and customer service skills.
• Pleasing personality with a flair for speaking
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in Google Docs, web browsing, E-mail, MS Word, etc.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam and English is a must besides Hindi
