We are hiring candidates for Tele Collection Executive (For Females Only) for reputed BPO company in Delhi.

Location – Dwarka Mor, Delhi (Work From Office)

This position is for Females Only.

Experience : Min 1 years in Loan , EMI Collection is must

Qualification – Any Undergraduate/Graduate can apply

Salary : Up to 15 K + Incentives 

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Monitor accounts on a daily basis

2. Identify outstanding account receivables

3. Investigate historical data for debts and bills

4. Take actions in order to encourage timely payments

5. Process payments and refunds

6. Resolve billing issues

7. Resolve customer credit issues

8. Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments

9. Update account status records 

10. Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
