-Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
-Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
-Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
-Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling potential.
-Should be open minded and ready to learn.
-Should have good interpersonal skills and ability to understand the requirement and based on the same should be able to give recommendations.
-Follow-up with callers & internal team.
