Job Description
· Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.
· To fix up appointments with prospective customers.
· Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
· Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
· Retention percentage should be monitored on a regular basis.
· Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.
Communication
· Good English skills - Ability to Speak & Read
. Good Kannada skills - Ability to Speak
Experience
6 months to 3 yrs of experience as Telemarketing in Education / Training, Banking / Financial Services / Insurance, FMCG / F&B or Automobile mandatory
Candidate should have atleast 6 months exp in telesales outbound calling
Age: 20-30 years
