• We are hiring for Tele caller /Tele Marketing Candidate having any educational qualification & any gender.
  
• Candidate must have good communication skills Interested to do job of Tele calling or Tele marketing
  

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  
• Answer questions about products or the company.
  
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  
• Enter and update customer information in the database
  
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  
• Generating the leads through cold calling
  
• Educate customer on products, services, warranties and any other issue.
  

• Good communication skills
  
• Ability to understand customers need
  
• Good convincing skills
  
• Basic Telephone Etiquette
  
• Ability to work under pressure
  
• Minimum 0 - 1 years of experience in Sales/ Tele Marketing / tele callers
  
• Qualification: ANY
  
• Languages : English is must and any south language is preferred
