Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Tele Marketing Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Tele Marketing Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our online tutoring services to potential customers through telephone outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, including parents and guardians of K-12 students, to introduce them to Smavy Academy's online tutoring services, with the goal of generating sales leads and converting them into active customers.
Personalized Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling and personalized sales pitches, tailored to the specific needs and academic requirements of each student, highlighting the benefits of our online tutoring programs.
Relationship Building: Build strong and meaningful relationships with potential customers through effective communication, active listening, and empathetic understanding of their educational concerns and goals.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of Smavy Academy.
In-depth Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Smavy Academy's online tutoring programs, course offerings, and teaching methodologies, to provide accurate information and guide customers in making informed decisions.
CRM Management: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to efficiently track and manage customer interactions, update lead status, and maintain detailed sales records.
Market Research: Stay updated on the education industry trends, competitors' offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Feedback and Reporting: Collect and provide valuable feedback on customer insights, including their preferences and pain points, to assist in refining our sales and marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall success of Smavy Academy.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is advantageous.
Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or inside sales, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, is preferred.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively and build rapport with customers.
