We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Research Cum Caller Representative to contribute to the growth of our company. You will be responsible for closing appointments/deals over the phone and will be working on maintaining a good relationship with the agencies/users.
An effective representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable in presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in agency tie-up and developing business.
Contacting potential/existing/databased agencies/users to inform them about our products/services using scripts
Answering questions about products/services or the company
Asking questions to understand users’/agencies requirements and close the discussion
To take care of outbound & inbound calls
Fixing appointments with the existing/new agencies
Coordinating with the field executive & helping them in agencies tie-up
Generating reports based on the discussions (analytical & strategic)
Enter and update agency/user information in the database/MIS
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Go the “extra mile” to meet the quota and facilitate future needs
Keep records of calls and note the useful information
Analytical thinking with decision-making skills
Proven experience as a tele caller representative or other customer relationship/customer service role
Proven experience in telemarketing & brand image building
Proven track record of successfully meeting upset quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant basic computer programs and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge & command over English & Hindi (Malvi, Bhilodi, Gondi, Kalto, Nimadi, Bundeli and Bagheli will be an added advantage/not mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
High school diploma; BSc/BA/any graduate will be a plus
