Designation - Tele Sales Executive
1. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
2. Have ability to interact with customers in customer preferred language with patience and professionally.
3. Out-dial at-least 40-50 customers on a daily basis, Scheduling an Appointment.
4. Data mining of targeted market or customers reference to organization products and services.
5. Accepted appointments to be informed to respective Sales Manager or Individually visit the customer for closure.
6. Reminder calls for Service renewal, payment followups with customer or respective Sales/Account Manager.
7. Liaison with customer for up-selling and cross selling.
8. Feedback (Positive and Negative) with analysis to be given to Sales Manager / Service or Support Lead.
9. Handle customer queries, manage and resolve customer complaints.
10. Explain about the organization products and offer information to the customers.
11. Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information.
12. Identify and escalate priority issues.
13. Adopt communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard procedures.
14. He/She has to meet every kind of business / commercial establishment and educate the customer about the technologies.
15. He/She will be given a particular area/territory for working, wherein he/she have to visit at customer site to build and maintain the healthy business relationship.
16. He/She should have ability to guide the customer as a Consultant considering the competition products and offerings.
17. He/She should be aware about the competition products and offerings.
18. Customer's Data Base must be maintained and managed in effective manner, So that reports can be fetched at any point of time.
19. Customers data to be maintained with correct and latest account details (Account name, Contact person name, e-mail ids, Contact no.,Bill to account, Amount of ordered products/service, etc.).
