Understand peculiar requirements of the post & adapt him to the culture and working environment. On the job training is imparted for two days apart from regular training.


Refresher Training


It’s very important to understand the changes in working scenario, the new techniques while keeping the basics right. The same can be achieved by giving the personnel refresher training. Thus refresher training is imparted time to time.


Standing Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

To further ensure compliance in duties, all security personnel will have on person, laminated cards with post specific Standing Operating Procedures printed on them. Laminated cards with Escalation triggers, escalation matrix and important phone numbers will also be given to each guard.


Regular monitoring – On site training of full team.

  • Daily Briefing/ Debriefing at the time of Shift change – Post Supervisor
