Tele sales executive for Personal Loan Division

Criteria -

·         Should have flair of talking with customers and decent understanding of English and Hindi language.

·         Should have at least 6 Months of telesales experience in Personal loan division of any bank/NBFC or any other DSA.

·         Min. H.S.C pass

Key features -

·         6 days working per week. Sunday and all National Holidays will be off. Day shift -10-7PM.

·         Basic Salary varies from 8K to 12K. Depends upon your current experience and last drawn salary of the candidate. It’s FIXED SALARY. NO TARGET

Responsibilities-

·         Contact potential or existing customers for a personal loan requirement.

·         Answer questions about products.

·         Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

·         Should be self-motivated and have a desire to excel in a banking field.

·         Should be motivated to earn more by over achieving the targets
