  • At  This is a Telephone based, highly rewarded Sales role, with an excellent base salary and an uncapped incentive.
  • Candidates should have a proven track record of driving results in sales and extensive cold-calling experience. Strong communication skills are critical.
  • Success will be measured by number of new Hosting sales, effective pipeline management, time management, ability to engage / motivate prospects and leadership skills. 
  • This is a phone-based role with limited/no face to face client interaction.

Position: Web Hosting Tele Sales Executive

  • Experience: 6 Months to 2 years
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree holder (MBA or Masters are Preferred)
  • Openings: 6
  • Salary: No bar for deserving candidates
  • Location: Pune

What you will be doing:

  • Making highly targeted outbound calls to web designers and web developers, introducing the MagicWorksHost.com hosting platforms.
  • Collecting data and verifying targeted customers for future marketing opportunities.
  • Answering incoming sales calls and emails to help prospective customers identify the product they need.
  • Winning new business on a mix of warm and cold leads via effective consultative selling – understanding customer needs and offering the most appropriate product and services.
  • Building and managing your own pipeline, managing sales leads from identification and initial contact through close, carefully tracking and developing leads across the sales cycle.
  • Having the commercial flair and financial acumen to understand the market and identify potential new clients

  • A natural forward planner who is highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
  • Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with senior company executives.
  • Reliable, resilient and determined with a real “Will to win”

Skills that would be a great bonus on your application:

  • Previous outbound calling experience
  • Past IT sales or web hosting sales experience.
  • Experience of publishing and managing a website.
