JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target. 2. To achieve the target on a daily/weekly basis. 3. Convert leads to Customers 4. To explain our product in details to the leads. 5. To answer customer queries promptly 6. Able to coordinate with the operations team to fix bookings for customers. 7. Good in escalating calls to the next level in case support required. 8. Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective solutions. 9. Should be good in analytical, pricing details, etc.
