Location: Vile Parle (East)

Working Days:

Monday - Friday: 10.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Saturday: 10.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (2nd & 4th Saturday's & Sunday's Off)

*Preferably looking for candidates who stays in western line (between Dadar to Borivali)

Tele Sales / Inside Sales: Both (Male Female)

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

·         Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

·         Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per query.

·         Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

·         Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

·         Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

·         Staying informed about competing products and services.

·         Researching and qualifying new leads.

·         Closing sales and achieving sales targets. 

Requirements:

·         Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online searching.

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·         Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

·         Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

·         Exceptional customer service skills.

·         Strong listening and sales skills.

·         Ability to achieve sales targets.

Need candidate who can join immediate or on short notice period.
