Job Post: Tele Sales Officer (Banking Products- Credit Card/Loans)
Job Location: Mindspace, Malad West
Job Timing: 10am to 7pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Fixed Salary Range 15-20K in hand (depending on education/work exp/interview) + Monthly Target Based Incentives + Annual Bonus

The Job Description
1. Sales of Banking Products like Credit Cards & Loans through Telecalling.
2. Pitch the Product exactly as per the Script & training given.
3. Hold a Meaningful conversation with maximum customers connected through the phone.
4. Carry out an extremely polite & sweet conversation with the customer in order to get a positive feedback IRRESPECTIVE of the fact whether he applies for our product or not.
5. This job has Sales Targets. BUT Targets are meant to achieve Incentives. NO SALARY DEDUCTION for NOT achieving 100% Targets.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Fluency in English Communication is Very Important.
2. Candidate Must be Highly Self-Motivated, Confident, Diligent & Extremely Hardworking.
3. We ONLY Hire Candidates with Highest Degree of Honesty, Sincerity & 100% Commitment towards work.
4. As this is a Sales Job, candidate should have a flair for talking to new people (over the phone).
5. Candidate should be able to quickly Grasp the training provided and work exactly as per the instructions provided.
6. Age 18-25 Years. Female.
7. Education requirements: Minimum 12th /HSC Pass. Graduates/ Higher education will have preference. Also Candidates with 70% or above marks in 10th & 12th will have preference.
8. All Candidates Profile (Freshers, Experienced, Experienced from Non-Relevant Field) meeting the Above Criteria (Point No 1 to 7) are Welcome to Apply.
Compensation/Salary Details
1. FIXED MONTHLY SALARY: As per the qualification & Experience
2. Monthly Incentives: You can earn Monthly Incentives equivalent to fixed salary, subject to Target Achievement
3. Annual Bonus: 1st Year- 15 Days Salary. 2nd Year Onwards- 1 Month Salary
