We have an extensive database of our potential customers (CHROs, Head of Sales, Heads of L&D, and CEOs). We are looking for experienced telesales executives, who can do an out-reach to our targeted customers.
The responsibilities will include:a) Reaching out to the customer and share our value proposition
b) Get an appointment fixed with the customer, where senior partners will present to the client
c) Organize and follow-up with the client to ensure that client is available for the scheduled meeting
d) Do post-presentation follow-ups on the take-aways
e) Create draft proposals as per the defined format
f) Wherever possible (or needed),design the communication.
g) Manage inbound inquiries on our training products,
h) Manage relationships with CxO/CEOs on an ongoing basis
Minimum 3 years of experience in teleselling of workshops, corporate training, and events, along with co-ordination support
Excellent telephonic communication skills, with an ability to communicate with CxO/CEO level profiles.
Have a quasi-sales capability to understand and follow the scripts to ensure that audience interest is maintained for the event.
