Key Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients (HR/Admin/Event departments) to
introduce Global Connect’s MICE solutions.
-Identify client needs and qualify leads based on event objectives, budgets, destinations,
and timelines.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
-Effectively communicate Global Connect’s value proposition and service portfolio.
-Schedule appointments for the MICE Sales Team with key decision-makers.
-Manage follow-ups and maintain consistent engagement with prospects.
-Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
-Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure lead conversion and reporting
