Job Description

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Greet website visitors & customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures & wordings.
  • Handling sales and service calls for UK based financial company
  • Understand customer requirements
  • Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs.
  • Directly responsible to generate the revenue
  • Help the customers to complete the user journey in order to receive the financial products.
  • Support customers across different Financial Products & Services.
  • Take multiple Inbound Calls of prospective business customers, qualify the leads and explain type of service or product offered.
