We have urgent requirement of telecaller profile for one of the reputed company based on Azadpur, Delhi.

• Experience required for the Job: 4-5months minimum
• Annual Salary of the Job:1.50 - 2.7 Lacs
• Job Location: Azadpur, New Delhi. (Head Office)

Following is the Job Description:-

• make cold calling
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and make calls in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Qualification & Skills:-

• 10- 12th
• 2- Must have a minimum of 4 months experience in telecalling profile or can fresher.
