Responsibilities: Inbound/Outbound Calls

Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers

Manage inbound/outbound customer calls in a timely manner

Generate leads that develop into new customers

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way

Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Other Skills:

Have Good Communication In English

Have Experience In Ms Word, Ms Excel and Internet

SALARY: 6,000/- TO 15,000/-

WORKING TIME: 9 AM. TO 6 PM.
