Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller Cum Computer Operator
Job Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi
Salary Range: INR 5000 - INR 10000
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Educational Requirement: Tenth Pass
Gender Requirement: Female
Experience: 0.6-1 Years Compulsory

Responsibilities:
Generate business leads through outbound calls and customer interactions.
Engage with customers to present products and services effectively.
Utilize persuasive techniques to secure orders and enhance sales.
Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets, both individually and as a team.
Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and strategies.

Additional Information:
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
This is an office-based position; remote work is not available. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
