3. Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries.
4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a telecaller or counsellor.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of relevant software applications.
