Telecalling:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and follow up on inquiries.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions.

Reception Duties:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
• Manage the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries.

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer queries and concerns in a polite and timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving problems.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance the overall customer experience.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing schedules when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or receptionist.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and composure.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or office management is a plus.
