Telecaller Executive is a full-time on-site position at Valasaravakkam, Chennai. Telecaller Executive will contact potential traders over the phone to explain the Trading Educational services offered by Fredrikedge, schedule appointments for the Trading Class, and manage the lead database.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Telecalling, Tele-Marketing and Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Tamil and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Basic knowledge of Stock markets and trading services will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
