Job Description

We Need Telecaller Executive in Dumdum, West Bengal Location.

DESIGNATION: Telecaller Executive.

ELIGIBILITY:

HS Pass/Graduate freshers in any discipline can apply
Must be proficient in Hindi and English
Must have good communication skills
Must have the ability to handle call volume
Must produce reasonable output as per his/her work volume

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to handle customer queries and complains
Must be able to take calls from customers and convert them into leads
Must be able to maintain and develop relationships with customers through calls and emails
Must cooperate with team leaders and understand the need to raise the volume of sales

SALARY: 7K to 8k and Incentive
