Telecaller Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Generating leads through data mining and targeting the right point of contact .
2. Influences customers to buy services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
3. Good Communication and Convincing Power.
4. To fix up appointments with prospective clients.
5. Explain the company product & services to the customers.
6. Maintain your target database and continuous follow-ups for appointment setting.
7. Track & maintain the outcome of each enquiry & leads.


Required Skills: 

1. Good verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment .
4. Knowledge of an IT industry will be an advantage.
