Tele-Sales Job Description

• Contact businesses and individuals by telephone in order to promote and sell goods and services, receive orders, gather information, verify details

• Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations

• Provide pricing details and Receive orders over the telephone

• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements.

• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction

• Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling

• Should be able to convert the leads into sales

• Should have excellent communication and Convincing skills

• Ability to convince the clients on service leads.

• Make telephone calls to prospects And Inbound calls from prospective customers.

• Meeting Daily Target of lead conversion by calling pre-decided target audience.

• Should be able to do Customer & vendor handling.
