· Handle Incoming calls & enquires.
· Calling & addressing enquires.
· Maintain track of incoming enquires and the responses to the same.
· Connecting the calls to the required department and concern person to further address the query.
· Good communication & coordination skills
· Maintaining and updating complete data of the same.
· Candidates having patience and empathy to deal with customers
· Responsible for portraying the company image and also client conversion

· Dynamic candidate with good command of Spoken Hindi & Basic English to work as tele caller
· Qualification- Puc, Any Degree
