Job description : This is a telecalling project for one of the world's most reputed largest real estate firms.
You will be sent customer details on a dashboard.
Your job is to (1) Validate and (2) Close each customer by speaking to them.
Calls: start with “Dear [Salutation] Hi, My name is XYZ and I am
calling from Emaar India how may I help you?” or “Dear [Salutation]Hi,
my name is XYZ and I am calling from Emaar India how may I assist you?”
Need assessment: To understand the need of the enquiry, making a note
of the requirements and probing further to proceed with prospecting.
Budget not to be asked unless mentioned by the enquiry themselves, only
to mention the starting price of the properties the enquiry is
interested in basis the typology and location preference.
During the initial brief about the project of interest follow the
mentioned sequence of steps: Location, Typologies, Availability, Brand
Emaar India and tie ups Amenities, Specifications and finally to
conclude with the starting price.
Arranging site visits: “Dear
[Salutation] allow us to schedule a site visit for you at your
convenience, we would love to have you on site where our sales manager
will take this ahead”
Closure: Each closure to be with a next
step of action already planned, For instance “Dear [XYZ] if you are
interested in the project, may I schedule your site visit for you?” Dear
Sir/Ma’am if you wish to know more about the project is it feasible
that we can fix a time for you to meet our sales team on site”
Benefits: Experience certificate provided
Salary : Fixed salary + Permanent position if performance is good + Phone bill reimbursement
Reports: Every weekend (Saturday)
Time frame : 3 months + extendable for those telecallers who achieve their targets
