Collect the delinquent / Overdue amount/ Settlement Amount over the phone/ Book PTP

Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service

Educate the benefits of Credit score improvement and advised customers to avail of benefits

Maintain Customer follow up records/ Codes/Remarks

Initiate Field visits to customers when payments are not being made.

Good communication skills in Kannada Tamil & English

Basic System Knowledge, Typing Skills

Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.

Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.

Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
