JOB LOCATION: Bangalore

• The candidate is required to attend to the customer queries and provide them with the required information over phone
• The candidate should be able to understand the client's complaints and work upon resolving them.
• The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.
• Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
• Provide exceptional customer support when communicating and assisting customers. 
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Proven customer support and Strong phone contact handling skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills and can handle multiple tasks with ease
• Language know: Good fluency in Kannada and English. We also hire candidates for Malayalam, Telugu & Tamil.
• Experience: Both freshers, as well as experienced candidates, can apply
• Education: PUC Pass out / Any Graduates
