Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products or services. Your main goal will be to engage prospects, establish rapport, and schedule appointments for our sales team. 

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
- Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner to promote our offerings effectively.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, focusing on the benefits of our products/services.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining their interest and potential.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team based on customer availability and interest.

Requirements:
 Qualification: 12th to Graduate 
 Experience:  1- 2 years
 Work from office 
 Excellent verbal communication skills.
 Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
 The goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
 Fluent in English (1 Reginal Language) 
 Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
