Job Description
We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets.
Kannada Language is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered
Assess the needs and requirements of customer
Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them
Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information
Pitch the services directly to the potential customers
Store and update the customer information in the database
Skills:
Ability to provide information about product and services in an easy-to-understand manner
Solid negotiation skills and ability to resolve grievances
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets
