Telecaller Job Description : 

• Attend to Inbound Calls, provide the details of the company products and services
• Make Outbound Calls and Generate quality leads
• Assign the quality leads to the sales team
• Tracking and monitoring the assigned leads to sales team - for conversion status
• Updating the status of assigned leads to sales team
• Churning the leads for further quality leads
• Generate reports of the call management - lead management

Desired Candidate:

10th/12th/Graduate with good command over English, target oriented and have analytical skills to convert the calls to sales leads.
