  • Maintain Customer Database and data management.

  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.

  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting.
  • Sharing or sending the quotation with new clients through email.
