Job Description

PROFILE:

Maintain Customer Database and data management.
Cold calling to the customer from the given database.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting.
Sharing or sending the quotation with new clients through email.
Female candidates will be preferred good communication with Hindi & English
