GAIN Credit jobs - Telecaller

We are looking for Telecallers with minimum 3 months - 2 years experience in outbound calling for our India business (OYE) in Chennai location (Freshers can apply as well).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Engage in handling calls from customers for Oye loan process
• Involved in preparing reports and feed data in MS-Excel, MS-Word and creating Dashboards.
• Collecting supporting documents from vendors and confirm that all submitted documentation is accurate
• Upload the collected documents in the tool.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 3 months - 2 years of experience in Outbound calling
• Freshers can apply as well
• Experience in Financial Services Industry is an added advantage
• Should have either worked in Sales or Collections of Personal Loans /Credit Cards
• Candidates without relevant experience but with good communication and interested in entering into sales or collection profile can apply as well
• Comfortable speaking in Hindi
