An upcoming repute company requires Female Tele Marketer - 10 number.
Job Timing - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Part Time - 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Location - Maduravoyal, Chennai.
Fixing appointment with client, determine the client requirement and maintain the database.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Gathering the information and understand the Client needs and explaining the features and benefits of the product.
Ø Update product knowledge and explain the same to the client in details.
Ø Establish appointment with the client and initiate the leads as sale closure.
Ø Accomplish organization mission as per the management needs.
Required Skills:
Ø Fluent in both English & Tamil language.
Ø Should be very proficient to handle the client by phone.
Ø Listening to the client needs.
Ø Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Ø Knowledge in excel an added advantage.
Ø Capturing entire client information in the database
Ø Should be capable of doing Multi-tasking, if required
Ø Easy going aptitudes, work under pressure targets oriented.
