Job Description
Job Summary
  • Customer Care Executive the soul custodian of handling Customer care activities in our service center. 
  • He should have a good technical knowledge and customer handling skills. 
  • Customer Care Manager is also responsible for handling customer complaints and escalations if any. 
  • He is responsible for maintain the CSI, Telephonic Survey and JDP scores as per MSIL’s (Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.) standards. CCM is responsible for maintaining all the Customer care related Registers and PSF registers as per MSIL norms. 
  • He should act as a representative of our Company and ensure zero complaints and he should coordinate with the TSM (Territory Service Manager) of MSIL in sorting out the customer related issues. 
  • Finally, he will be directly reports to the Works Manager of the concern service center about the compliant status and other progress related to the customer care department.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Strong communication skills to work with customers, MSIL (Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.)
  • Liaising with Top management and employees.
  • Technical and mechanical skills
  • Ability to spend long days on their feet
  • Detail-oriented trouble-shooting skills needed to sort out the Customers complaints
  • Managerial and supervisory skills to handle the entire auto service staff.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: ₹8,000.00 to ₹12,000.00 /month
