Telesales professional should be specialized in establishing the customer contacts and responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships, must be comfortable the presenting products over the phone. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Duties and Responsibility

• Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for Loan against Property and Home loan.
• Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
•  Responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales target.
• Calling up existing customers and pitching the Loan BT benefits. 

·         Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request “referrals”

Qualification and Experience

• Need Minimum Graduation.
• Previous working experience as a Telesales for at-least 6 months is mandatory.

Skills:

•  Should have Good  Communication Skills
• ·Self - starter with demonstrated  ability to deliver under pressure

• Should have Excellent Convincing Power, Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
