Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer calls, Explain the procedure of treatment and services offered by the hospital
· Make calls to potential patients to understand their needs and requirements
· Response to queries and issues related to the treatment and services
· Maintain database of the patients on a regular basis for follow-up and treatment
· Obtain Customer feedback, Strengthen the relationship with new and existing Patient’s
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
· Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
· Create high-quality SEO content
· Research for Leading keywords
· Daily reviews of the keyword ranking status
· Manage and update social media platforms
· Optimize content for the social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc…
· Promote Organization services in the digital space ( Paid Ads for Facebook Campaigns and Google AdWords)
· To Measure the performance of campaigns through Google Analytics
· Adobe Creative Suite – Using Illustrator to create and edit Poster, Template, Brochure and Pamphlet.
