Responsibilities
· Collect and organize the existing database of all hospitals in India
· Generate leads by cold calling and assign it to the respective sales person
· Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
· Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
· Update the outcome of each call in our CRM
· Email campaign / EDMs
· Use scripts to provide information about product’s features etc. and present their benefits
· Achieve the given lead generation target
· Update LinkedIn and other Social media platforms for Digitisation solution
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
· Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information in the CRM tool
Skills and Experience
· Proven experience 1 to 2 years as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role in Health care domain
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
· Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Proficient in English
· Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
· Patient and able to handle customer rejection
