Job Title: Telecaller

Position Type: Full-time

Job Description:

1) This job involves full time tele-calling

2) Call the allocated delinquent accounts on daily basis and inform the customers about their overdue

3) Do appreciate follow up to generate prospective leads

4) Persuade customers by explaining them the drawbacks of having a poor credit history

5) Update feedback of all accounts in CRM

6) Trace new contact numbers of the customers who are not contactable

7) Resolve the disputes arising from the customers

Qualification:

10th & 12th Graduation/Post Graduation

Experience:

Any (Fresher's/Experienced)

Key Skills:

Good Communication

Persuasive Skills

Basic Computer Knowledge

Sound Minded

Salary:

Basic Salary + attractive monthly incentives

Shift Timing:

9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
