Telecaller

We are seeking a highly motivated Telecaller to join our Marketing and Advertising team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects in the market, introducing and promoting our products and services, and generating leads that result in increased revenue for the company. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and customer service. Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to introduce and promote our products and services
• Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to promote the benefits of our products
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone and email
• Manage a pipeline of potential customers and prioritize outreach efforts
• Record and update customer and sales information in our database system
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all aspects of the sales process are transparent and efficient.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections from potential customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
