Job Description

Shift and schedule: Day shift 
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential customers, and transferring hot & warm client details over to the sales team. (DATABASE & SCRIPT WILL BE PROVIDED)

Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through cold calls and generate leads
Explain our product features and benefits to prospective customers
Follow up on leads and provide product information to interested customers
Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:
Proven experience in tele-calling sales lead generation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of basic computer applications and CRM tools
Fluency in English and Tamil [other regional language proficiency (such as-Tamil)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
