Job Description:
- Inbound / Outbound Customer Support.
- The Customer Service Executives (CSEs) should attend the incoming or make outgoing calls to the client’s customers or prospects to provide any clarification or information pertaining to the client’s products or services.
- The CSEs would capture the all necessary details of the call in the application provided
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate should be minimum 12th Pass /Diploma/Graduates ( Arrears also can apply)
- Candidate should have good spoken English with Hindi / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Tamil.
Terms:
* 6 working days(Monday to Saturday)
* Shifts: 9 30am – 6 30pm or 10am – 7pm
* Candidates ready to relocate to chennai
* Immediate joinees preferred
