Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary: The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, answer questions, and manage customer accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns
Customer Interaction:
Answer inbound calls from customers with inquiries about products or services.
Address customer questions and concerns with accurate and up-to-date information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Sales and Promotion:
Present and explain products or services in a way that engages potential customers.
Identify customer needs and provide recommendations to meet those needs.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.
Data Management:
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
Record details of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow-up:
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.
Feedback and Reporting:
Provide feedback on customer preferences and potential new products or services.
Prepare and submit regular reports on call activity, customer feedback, and sales performance.
