Responsibilities and Duties:
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media. (No Target)
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Work with the team to manage, optimize and customize multiple buyer feedback.
Maintaining and reporting the work completed with the company and sharing with manager.
Maintaining & regular in attendance and time discipline.

Experience- Need freshers (0-1 year)

Skills:

Presentable with decent hygiene standards
Business Development- Prospecting- Converting calls to productive calls
Communication & presentations skill
